None, except to agree that you are using our service for a purpose that is entirely legal and ethical.  Our service to you is absolutely free.  All you need to do is tell us how to reach you and give us a few details about your project, and we’ll handle the rest.

How many contractors do you employ?
EstimateMagic.com does not employ any construction contractors.  We are a referral service only, designed to help homeowners find reputable contractors in their area, and helping contractors find customers.

If your service is free, how do you make money?
Clearly, if we don’t make money somewhere, we can’t afford to stay in business.  Our income is generated by selling your project and contact information to the contractors in our network who specialize in the type of job that you are considering.  As part of the cost of doing business, the purchase of your information ensures that the contractor means business when your telephone rings!

In what states do you have contractors for hire?
All 50!  We are a nationwide service, coast to coast, rural to urban. 

How long will this process take?
It all depends on you.  Our contractors will contact you in the next 48 hours to schedule an appointment to come to your home, speak with you, learn more about your ideas and give you a FREE estimate.  The time it takes to complete the work once you’ve signed a contract depends on the scope of your project.
