We use your email address to send communications or related information regarding our services and offers. You may request to not receive further communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in the communication. While we attempt to process all unsubscribe requests in a prompt fashion, we cannot guarantee that you will never receive communication from us.  Our network is extensive, and your information may be shared with us by one of our affiliates.  An unsubscribe link will be in each email, however, and you should utilize that feature should you wish to be removed from that list as well.

As a participant in our referral service, you confirm and acknowledge that EstimateMagic.com does not advise, recommend nor endorse any of our professional members. It is the sole responsibility of the homeowner to choose the service provider that best fits their needs. All homeowners about to enter a contractual agreement with any service provider should perform diligent research to confirm the licensure and insurance coverage of any member with whom you contract. EstimateMagic.com is neither an agent, advisor nor contractor for any of the services you may request. We cannot guarantee the performance of our members should you decide to contractually engage with them for their services; therefore EstimateMagic.com has no responsibility nor liability for any contractual disputes, legal claims or damages arising from a contractual agreement between a homeowner and professional member. All users of EstimateMagic.com agree that EstimateMagic.com is not in any way responsible or liable for damages of any kind resulting from work performed by any of its members. Furthermore, all users agree to release EstimateMagic.com from any and all claims, damages, liabilities and demands between them and the member.

Any and all information you provide to EstimateMagic.com is covered by this Privacy Policy.  We make every effort to guard and protect the information you provide, both online and off-line. All of us at EstimateMagic.com are dedicated to the privacy and security policies we have in place.
